Terrance Clark

Terrance M. Clark Sr. (Terry) originally joined the Belvedere Volunteer Fire Company in 2011 and was promoted to Assistant Chief in 2013. Although Terry has only lived in Delaware since 2007, He has been an EMT/Firefighter in Pennsylvania since 1992. During his fire service career, he has held every fire officer position and is currently our Fire Chief. He has also been an Assistant County Dive Team Coordinator, EMS Administrator, and Career Firefighter/NREMT. In 2014, Terry was awarded Belvedere Volunteer Fire Company “Fire Fighter of the year”. He is also one of a select few, that have held both the offices of President and Fire Chief at Belvedere.  

Terry is a full time Fire/Medical Dispatcher for New Castle County 911 and  lives in Newport with his wife Leslie. They have three children Olivia, Terrance Jr., and Sadie.  His brother Ryan Ayers is also a Past Captain and Fire Fighter at Belvedere.
